The Anatomy of Japanese Monsters

I’ve kinda always wondered about this. Do monsters have the same basic anatomic features as us humans? I mean think about it. When you think of monsters, they could really be made of anything, sort of like aliens. Well, now we know.
These anatomical charts come complete with spiked vertebrates and massive human filled colons. Hit the jump for Godzilla and friends.

…that is, as long as your pasta is made of human flesh, which it undoubtedly is. Cover that shit in a nice T-Rex meat sauce and chow down.

Hidden with the now iconic Shakespearean bust, this awesome modder who goes by the mysterious name “Jimmy” set up his very own Wayne Manor Batcave-inspired hidden entrance. Using a motor attached to a gearbox, which directly powers a wheel, Jimmy couldn’t use a full-sized bookshelf because of the sheer size, but opted for a door covered in faux-library wallpaper.
Press the button hidden within the bust and voila, go-go Batdoor. Works for me.

Alexandros Stasinopoulos’s Ora Watch concept is interesting for a few reasons. I don’t typically wear clothing or accessories that would help people draw the conclusion that I look like a school bus (just like your momma). I’m not fat, I’m big wheeled. The numbers are read via measuring tape which revolves to tell the time.
Thankfully there are a few color options, including blue and my personal favorite, good ole black. I’d rock it like a KISS concert.

Whenever I’m in an unfamiliar area I have an issue when I want to get my shopping fix on. I hate driving around aimlessly looking for stores, it just feels like a waste. And sometimes, the GPS just doesn’t cut it as far as shopping destinations go.
The BI concept is a handheld device designed specifically for shoppers. The device offered detailed GPS directions and information about the store, including the shop’s website so you can check out the stores you’re not familiar with. All of this takes place over a wireless connection, either Wi-Fi or 3G.

While there’s no mention of Pee Wee in this design project’s description, the resemblance to Herman’s very own breakfast contraption is uncanny.
Directed by designer Yuri Suzuki and artist Masa Kimura, the Breakfast Machine is designed to prepare a full-course meal, serving up omelets, coffee, orange juice and even toast with jam.
