SonyEricsson dishonest about camera performance?
A member from German forum Se-world has reported that at least one of the demo photos shown by SonyEricsson Germany for their upcoming Cybershot K850i phone is actually not taken by the phone itself.
If you check the EXIF data, it would suggest that this picture (here) was not taken by the device concerned, nor a Sony camera, but a Sanyo S50 digital camera. The rest of the 3 photos put along side have incomplete EXIF tags, so we are unable to tell whether they are legit or not.
This could be a terrible mistake, or a blatant scandal, let’s see how the company reponds on Monday if they would. –Sam Chan
